Baby sleep and feeding report for pediatrician visits — the last 30 days as a PDF
A baby sleep and feeding report for pediatrician appointments means you are not scrolling your phone in the exam room. Agubu's doctor report summarises the last 30 days of sleep, feeding and diaper records on one page, so “How much does she sleep?”, “How many feeds a day?” and “How often does he wake at night?” get answered from a record rather than from memory.
The report is in Premium. Your records are already being kept; Premium opens the report for the past days too. It is not a medical document, and it says so at the bottom: the figures are generated automatically from records kept by the parent.
What the report contains
- Date of birth, age (corrected age if born early), the report period and the date generated
- Sleep: average sleep per day, longest unbroken sleep, night wakings
- Feeding: nursing and bottle feeds per day, bottle volume
- Diapers: wet, dirty and total changes
- Cry analyses: how many, and the most frequent reason
- Weekly trend: sleep per day and feeds per day, week by week
- A method note: averages are divided only by days that have a record; the night window runs 19:00-09:00
Coverage is stated plainly
The most honest line in the report is the coverage line: “Records on X of 30 days · Y days empty.” Next to every metric you see how many days were logged for it. A clinician can tell whether an average rests on 28 days or on 6; missing days do not distort the average, they are left out.
When it helps
Going in about colic or evening fussing: which hours the crying clusters in and how it relates to feeds. A sleep consultation: night wakings and the longest unbroken sleep. Weight follow-up: feeding frequency and bottle volume. The article A colic diary covers what to record and what to bring to the appointment.
How to use it in the app
- Keep logging on the Today tab; the report fills itself in.
- On the History tab, tap the Doctor report card.
- Review the report; the coverage line shows how many days have records.
- Tap Share as PDF to send the file to yourself, print it, or show it on your phone at the appointment.
What it is not
The report is not a medical document and contains no assessment; it is a summary of the records you kept. It helps you answer the clinician's questions better — it does not replace the clinician. If crying lasts more than 3 hours, if there is fever, vomiting or a rash, or if your baby refuses feeds, see a doctor without waiting for a report.

Frequently asked questions
Is the report free?
No, the 30-day doctor report is in Premium. Logging is always free, and when you go Premium the earlier days are included in the report too.
Where is the report sent?
Nowhere. The PDF is generated on your device and leaves your phone only if you share it yourself. No copy reaches us; we have no server.
If I missed a few days, is the report wrong?
No. Averages are divided only by the days that have records, and the coverage line states how many days are empty. The clinician can see what each average rests on.
